 You have to praitise reading in books fluently you can read insilent or lowdly but the importance that you have to understand the text, get main ideas about it. After reading you also can auswer the questions about the text.
+ Speaking:
 Easy to speak in English whenever and whereever you can not pay much attention on correcting grammar first because it may interup you -- So not fluently. 
The inportance that the hearer can understand your words and grammar are rich you'll speak well.
+ Writing:
 Different wwith vnese English can't combine syllatle to make sentence meaningful. To write English well you have to develope your Vocab and grammar.
 + Listening:
 The most difficult skill for all learners but the bets way that you should listen to the tapes everyday or listen the others who read well.
