1. Write the new words on the board
 Write a passage telling about you.
2. Call 3 Ss to do on the board
 Call 2 other Ss read the passage about them that they wrote at home.

III. New lesson.
1. Introduction: In grade 6, you studied about name, age and place you live. Today, you’ll learn more about these and way to ask about family name.
2. Presentation
a. Vocabulary:
- T elicits the new words.
- Modal- have Ss repeat chorally and read individually.
+ Family name (n): tên họ
+ Middle name (n): tên đệm
+ an address: địa chỉ
+ (to) talk: nói chuyện
b. Presentation dilogue (B1- p 15)
- Modal the dialogue
- Have Ss repeat chorally then read in pairs.
- Remind the way to ask about age and place to live.
- Check the way to ask about family name and middle name.
+Form:
 S1: What is your family/middle name?
 S2: My family/ middle name is + họ/ tên đệm.
C. Comprehension questions
- Have Ss work in pairs to ask and answer the questions about Hoa.
- Call some pairs of Ss to practise
- Correct Ss’ mistakes.
