a. Vocabulary
- T elicits the new words.
- Modal- have Ss repeat chorally and read individually.
- a local stamp: tem địa phương ( translation)
- a writing pad: giấy viết thư ( situation)
- a phone card: thẻ điện thoại ( realia) 
- oversea mail: thư gửi đi nước ngoài ( situation)
- regulary (adv): thường xuyên ( translation)

b. Open Prediction.
- Have Ss predict three things Hoa wants from the post office.
- Get prediction from Ss.
3. While- reading.
a. Read and check
- Have Ss read the dialogue then check their predictions.
- Have Ss compare with the parners.
- Get feedback and correct Ss’ mistakes.
