1. Greeting & checking absence ( 1 M ):

- Greeting in English.

2. Warm - up or Revision ( 5 M ) : Jumbled words

- Asks Ss to re-order the letters to form the right words.

Teaching procedure :
1. Greeting & checking absence ( 1 M ):
- Greeting in English.

- Introduces the words by explaining the meaning, using the situation.
- Reads the words for the modal (3 times ). Then helps SS to repeat ( 2 times ).
- Checks S’s reading in individual & corrects the mistakes.
- Writes the words on the Bb & checks the meaning & the prounciation.
- Corrects & asks Ss to copy the words.
- Introduces & helps Ss to read the dialogue.
- Checks S’s reading.
- Corrects S’s pronunciation & comments.
- Introduces the questions & Asks Ss to work in pairs to answer the questions. 
- Asks Ss to give the answers & corrects.

PRACTICE
- Introduces the content & reads the modal to helps Ss replace.
- Practices with Ss in individual.
- Corrects S’s mistakes & comments.

- Reads the first modal for example & asks Ss to repeat in chorus & in individual.

3. Substitution drill:
- Replacing the given words.
