d. PROCEDURE: 
1. Warm up: 
T: greeting and calling some ss to read the letter and answer some questions about it
Ss: listen and raise the hand to do 
2. listening

Content of activities
T: introduce the situation of the typescript
Ss; listen to it
T: ask ss to look at the pictures and then guess to answer
Ss: listen and guess to answer
T: explain the task of listening and then let them listen for the first time
Ss: listen 
T: Play the tape again in order for them to rearrange the pictures in correct order
Ss: listen and then put the pictures in correct order
T: call ss to give their answers and call others to remark
Ss: raise the hand to give the answers 
T: play the tpe again to check
Ss: listen and note down
* You will listen to typescript about Hoa’s activities taking place yesterday.
* What did she do in each picture?
* listen and then put the pictures in correct order

* Read Nam’s diary and then answer the questions :

 ( so on and so forth)
* Write a similar diary about yourself:
* Answer about yourself
+ What time do you get up?
+ What do you often do at 7.30?
+ What time do you go to bed?
+ Do you take a shower at 6 PM?
+ What time do you have lunch?
 etc ...
* Ask and answer in pair about yourselves
 ( ss do freely)
	4. Production:
T: request ss to retell Hoa’s activities taking place yesterday based on the pictures already ordered
Ss: think to retell about Hoa.
T: call some pairs of ss to ask and answer about their daily activities before the class
Ss: raise the hand to do.
	5. HOME ASSIGMENT
T: request ss to write a short passage about Hoa’s activities taking place yesterday. And write a short passage about their daily activities. Prepare the next lesson “A3, 4, remember”
 Ss: listen and note down.

 B. language content:
1. Grammar points: past form of verbs 
2. Words and phrases: learned already in the previous lesson 
 c. Teaching aid: book, posters, and chalk
d. PROCEDURE: 
1. Warm up: 
T: greeting and calling some ss to read their diary aloud before the class
Ss: listen and raise the hand to do 
2. Pre - writing

T: lead into the topic of the letter by some questions
Ss: listen and then answer
T; explain the task to the students
Ss: listen and do as the request
+ Do you remember Hoa?

* Today we will know what her mother wrote to her. Now please look at the letter and answer:
+ When did she write this letter?
+ What did she write about?
+ What is the matter with the letter?
* Yes, so now you have to think to fill in the blank with a suitable word to complete the letter

d. PROCEDURE: 
1. Warm up: 
T: greeting and calling some ss to read their letters aloud before the class
