- By the end of the lesson , Sts will be able to use family vocabulary, possessive adjectives “ my, your, his, her” and the structures “ How many people are there .?” “ who is this/ that?” to ask and answer about family members.

II . Preparation Pictures. III. Procedures Teacher’s and Students’ activities The Contents 1.Warm up - T gets Ss to play in two teams ( to make the completed sentences using the cues) 2. Presentation: *Activity 1: ( Present the family vocabulary and ask about the numbers their family members ) - T uses the picture about the family to intrduce the content of the new lesson. - T introduces each member in the family then T asks Ss to count the members and say the total. - T bases on the Ss’ answer to present the question + How many people are there in the family? + There are five people in the family - T Guides Ss to read then check their reading and meaning of new words by playing “ ROB” *Activity 2:(Present the questions and the answers about the third singular pronouns ) - T uses the real situations in class to show the model sentences to introduce the questions and the answers about the third singular pronouns - T guides Ss to Read the model sentences and gets Ss to make the similar ones. - T asks some questions about the others in class. 3. Practice: *Activity 1: ( Pratice reading and introducing about their family members ) - Teacher gets Ss to read part A3 ( page 32) in silence and introduce their about their family members - T gets Ss to work in pairs to share their ideas. - T Calls on some Ss to read loudly. *Activity2: ( Pratice askinng and answering about the third singular pronouns ) - T Guides them to practice asking and asnwering about the pictures in part A4 ( page 33). - T Calls on some pairs to demonstrate before class. 4. Consolidation: - Get pupils to work in pairs to ask and answer about their classmates Using the questions in part A5. + What is her name? + How old is she? ...................................................... - Then teacher repeats the main content of the lesson. 5. Home work - T asks Ss to write the desciption about your family using the new words that they have learnt. Objectives - By the end of the lesson, Ss wil be able to count the items in the classroom using numbers from 1 to 100 and to know how to form a plural nouns adding “s/es” with the pronunciation of plural nouns ( s/ z /iz) perfectly. Warm up - T calls 2 Ss to go to the board and rewrite their desciption about their family - T gets Ss to take in turn to count from one to twenty. 2. Presentation *Activity 1: ( Present the numbers from 21 to 100) - T guides Ss to form the number from 21 to 100. - T uses each flashcard and gets Ss to count in English from 21 to 100. - T checks their reading and meaning then T writes on the board and guides Ss to read again. - T checks their reading and meaning by Playing a game ( slap the board ) 80 100 26 93 32 65 43 51 77 - Praise the winner *Activity 2: (Present the way to form a plural nouns) - T guides Ss how to change a singular noun into a plural noun. - T shows examples + a book two books + a benches three benches 2. Practice *Activity 1: ( Practice the numbers from 21 to 100) - Teacher hangs on the poster including 100 numbers, T points at any number and call Ss to read *Activity 2: ( Practice counting the items in the classroom) - T Gets pupils to count the items in the classroom in the picture of part B2 on page 36 in student's book. - T gets Ss to Count real things and people in class. - T has Ss Listen and write words into 3 columns: /s/,/z/,/iz/then go to the board to write. - T. gives instruction: Get Sts to listen to the T. and write the pronunciation into three groups: /s/ iz/ z/ + Notes: How to add and read “s”/ “es”. 4. Production Ask Sts to count real things in their school bag. - Then teacher repeats the main content of the lesson 5 . Home work - Learn by heart the numbers 1-100 and the ways to change a singular noun into a plural noun.
