I.Objective:
 By the end of the lesson , Ss will be able to ask and asnwer questios about sickness and further practice in the past simple , question forms and negative forms .

The simple past tense : question forms and negative forms .

ask Ss some questions 
2.Presentation :
- show the picture
- introduce the situation of the lesson 
- explain some new words

+ Look at balloon 1 : Lan was not there . She was absent . What do you think Mr. Tan is asking Lan? What was wrong with her ? ( look at balloon 2 ) 
* Vocabulary:
- bad cold( translate): caûm naëng
- headache ( n)( miming): ñau ñaàu
- flu ( n) ( translation): beänh cuùm
- to be sick = to be ill ( example, picture): bò oám
- sick note ( n ) ( real object): giaáy xin pheùp nghæ oám
