- Ask Ss play game “Bingo”

2 .Pre - reading: (15’)
- Ask Ss to look at the picture.
- Introduce some new words:
 1. a lake (n)
 2. a river (n)
 3. trees (n)
 4. flowers (n)
 5. a rice paddy (n) 
 6. a park (n)
- Ask Ss to practice the new words.
- Show Ss the things and ask Ss to write three things in their books. 
 + What’s near Thuy’s house?
3. While - reading: (10’)
- Ask Ss to read the text and check their prediction.
- Ask Ss to reread the text by themselves.
- Have Ss match.

- Hold up the first picture and say the model sentences:
 +What are those / is that? 
 + They are / it is 
- Ask Ss to do the same for the seccond picture. 
4. Post - reading: (10’)
- Ask Ss to work in teams.
