Period 64:

I. Aims and objectives

 - Provide sts some new words

 - Develop 4 skills : L , S , R & W.

 - Speaking about favorite Food and Drink to contrast “Would you like.?” with “Do you like .?”.

 - By the end of the lesson sts will be able to talk about favorite Food and Drink fluently

II . Preparation :

1. 1.Teacher: Lesson plan, CD, cassette player, poster, word cues, pictures.

2. Students: Books , workbooks , notebooks.

I. Aims and objectives
 - Provide sts some new words 
 - Develop 4 skills : L , S , R & W.
 - Speaking about favorite Food and Drink to contrast “Would you like...?” with “Do you like ...?”.
 - By the end of the lesson sts will be able to talk about favorite Food and Drink fluently
II . Preparation :
1.Teacher: Lesson plan, CD, cassette player, poster, word cues, pictures.
2. Students: Books , workbooks , notebooks.
III. stage of the lesson:
1.Organization: 1’- Good morning ! 
 - Who’s absent today ? - How are you ?
2. Checking up : 5’ Teacher calls 1 sts go to the bb to write vocabulary and 1 student do exe 1 page 57
 + T. corrects and gives them marks.
* The answer: 
EXE 1 page 57: 1. have	2. for	 3. dinner	4. salad	5. with 6. food
3. New lesson : Today I’ll help all of you to talk about favorite Food and Drink fluently

- peas (n): §Ëu , ®ç h¹t trßn (picture)

2.Checking vocabulary : Slap the board
II. Presentation 
1. Presentation dialogue : Rub out and remember 
Nhan : What’s your favorite food , Mai ?
Mai : I like fish.
Nhan : Do you like vegetables ?
Mai : Yes, I do.
Nhan : Would you like fish now ?
Mai : No, I wouldn’t.
Nhan : What do you like ?
Mai : I like iced tea.
Concept check :
Meaning : Translate into Vietnamese.
Form : 
1, Do/Does + S + like + N ?
 - Yes, S + do/does. – No, S + don’t/doesn’t.
 2, Would you like .... ?
 - Yes, please. – No, thanks./ I wouldn’t.
 3, What + do/does + S + like ?
 - S + like(s) + N.
 d. Use:1,Hái,®¸p xem ai ®ã cã thÝch mãn ¨n ,®å uèng g× hay kh«ng 
 2, DiÔn t¶ lêi mêi mét c¸ch lÞch sù.

III. Practice : * Word cues drill :
+ T. runs through all the cues.

+ T. asks sts to practice in exchange:
 Example exchange : S1: Do you like [beans] ?
 S2: Yes, I do.
 S3: Would you like some [beans] now?
 S4: No, thanks / Yes, please.
* Picture drill : C1 p.112
+ T. asks sts to run through all the picture cues. Then practice in pairs.
Example exchange : S1: What are these ?
 S2: They’re beans. What are those ?
 S1: They’re carrots.
IV. Production : Survey : 
+ T. hangs up a poster and ask sts to copy
+ T. asks sts to ask their partner : Do you like chicken ? then feedback : Nam likes chicken and orange juice but he doesn’t like fish.
