 text and use country vocabulary fluently.

- Ask students play game “Bingo”

2 .Pre - reading: (15’)
- Ask students to look at the picture.
- Introduce some new words:
 1. a lake (n)
 2. a river (n)
 3. trees (n)
 4. flowers (n)
 5. a rice paddy (n) 
 6. a park (n)
- Ask students topractice the new words.
- Show students the things and ask: 
 + What’s near Thuy’s house?
 Ask students to write three things in their books. 
3. While - reading: (10’)
- Ask students to read the text and check their prediction.
- Ask students to reread the text by themselves.
- Have students match.

- Hold up the first picture and say the model sentences:
 +What are those / is that? 
 + They are / it is 
- Ask students to do the same for the seccond picture. 
4.Post - reading: (10’)
- Ask students to work in teams.

- Divide class into teams. The teams take turn to choose the numbers. 
- Tell students that they have to answer the questions .
