- Ask students to play game “Jumbled words”

2 . Pre - reading: (15’)
- Ask Ss to look at the picture.
- Introduce some new words:
 1. a store (n)
 2. a restaurant (n)
 3. a temple (n)
 4. a hospital (n)
 5. a factory (n)
 6. a museum (n)
 7. a stadium (n)
- Ask Ss to practice the new words.
- Set the scene: Lan is talking to Mai about Minh.
Now, read the statements and guess they are true or fasle. 
- Ask Ss to decide True/ Fasle statements.
a) Minh lives in the country.
b) There are four people in his family.
c) Their house is next to the bookstore.
d) There is a museum near their house.
e) Minh’s mother words in a factory.
f) Minh’s father works in a hospital.
- Ask Ss to write on notebook.
3. While – reading: (10’)
- Ask Ss to read the text and check their prediction.

- Set the scene: I am talking about my place.
- Ask ss to guess what the missing words are. 
 I live in a house on a street, in a city, near a restaurant where friends meet to eat.
5. Homework: (5’)
- Ask Ss to learn by heart vocabulary and Simple present tense
