- Help sts know how to read adjective of color to describe features .
- By the end of the lesson sts will be able to remember adjectives of color and then practice with “What color .?” fluently.

Checking up : 5’ Jumbled words + T. hangs up some cards and calls some sts to come to the board and reorder the letters to make words yees = eyes hari = hair cefa = face spli = lips sone = nose dershouls = shoulders + Teacher corrects their mistakes. 3. Mai : They are blue . * Concept check : + Meaning: Translate into Vietnamese. + Form : What color + be + S ? S (It / They) + be + adj. + Use : Hái vµ tr¶ lêi vÒ mµu s¾c cña sù vËt. + Intonation : Falling tongue at the end of the questions and answers. II. Practice : Picture drill B3 p.101 ( 4 dolls ) : + T. runs through all the picture cues. + T. asks sts to practice with the picture cues. * Example exchange : S1 : What color is her hair ? S2 : It’s [ black ]. S3 : What color are her eyes ? S4 : They are [ brown ]. + T. corrects their mistakes. III. Production : + T. asks sts to give the answers about color of things in classroom. + T. lets sts practice in pairs. 6’ 8’ 12’ 10’ - Sts guess - Sts repeat chorally first, then individually. - Sts copy - 10 sts come to the board and match - Sts listen and repeat after teacher.
