A.Objectives:

	+ Review the adjectives and adverbs.
	+ Use the modal verbs such as: should, ought to, must, can.
	+ Review the tense: present, past and future.

	III.Teaching aids: notebooks, a poster and a chart.

	+ Write new words on the board .
	+ Read the dialogue and answer the questions.

Activity 1: Gap fill
T ask Ss to form the adverbs according to available adjectives:

bad
quick
T calls some Ss to fill on the bord.
T and Ss cooment and correct.
Activity 2: Dialogue built:
T asks Ss to practise the model dialogue in the textbook, then require them to makr the similar dialogues.
For examples:
A: Can you play soccer, A?
B: No, I’m sorry, I can’t.
A: Please, B!
B: I must practise piano lesson.
A: OK, another time.
Activity 3: Multiple choice
 Let Ss choose which tenses of below statements:
a) He lived in Ho Chi Minh City.
b) Ba is practising the guitar.
c) Hoa went to the doctor.
d) Quang Trung School will hold its anniversary celebration on March 23.
e) Nam ate too much cake at the party.
f) It is a beautiful day.
g) Hoa is riding her bike to school.

Ss remember how to form the adverb from adjectives:
