- Tell some objects in the house.
- Acquires the exclaimation sentences and its meaning.
2. Skill: Listening, speaking, writing, reading.

A casstte player and some objects.

Knowledge: By the end of the lesson Ss will be able to - Tell some objects in the house. - Acquires the exclaimation sentences and its meaning. 2. Skill: Listening, speaking, writing, reading. II. Preparation: A casstte player and some objects. III. Procedures New lesson: Teacher's activities I. Pre reading 1. Pre- teach: - awful (adj) khủng khiếp, tồi tệ - bright: (adj) sáng - convenient: thuận tiện - modern: (adj) hiện đại - lovely: (adj) dễ thương - amazing: (adj) ngạc nhiên - a washing machine: máy giặt - a refrigerator: máy lạnh. - an electric stove: bếp điện - a dishwasher: máy rửa chén bát. *T asks Ss to read in group and individually. *Checking vocab: Matching T asks Ss to match the words with meaning of them * Guiding questions: How many rooms are there in Hoa’s house? 2. Presentation dialogue: -T asks Ss to listen to the tape and repeat the dialogue from " This is a bathroom........." to "I'd love some......" II. While reading 1. Lucky number: 2. Grammar: How to say a exclaimation sentence? T writes the structures: Structure: What a/ an + adj + noun! Ex: What a hot day! Usage: Câu cảm thán biểu lộ cảm xúc nào đó. 3. Practice : word cue drill -T gives Ss some posters: a. dress/ expensive d. class/interresting b. restaurant/ awful e. day/ wet c. party/ boring f. movie/ bad - T asks Ss to read the words. -T asks Ss to work in group then work in pairs. III. While reading: Futher practice T requires Ss to tell in the class with their exclaimation. Ss' activities Ss take note Ss read in group and read individually. Ss go to the board and match Expected answers: a.They are talking about Lan’s room, living room, bath room, kitchen. b. Because it is bright room and has nice colors. c. There is a sink, a tub and a shower. d. There is a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a driyer, an electric stove. e. Depend on Ss’ answers. f. Also depend on Ss’ answers. Ss find on the dialogue Ex: What a bright room! What a lovely living room! (etc) Ss write down. Ss give more examples. -Pepeat. -Ss read in group -Ss work in group then in pairs. - Ss write in their notebook Examples: - What a nice class! - What an interesting English! - What abeatiful day! V. Homework assigment: At home: + Learn the newwords and meaning of them + Read the dialogue fluently + Do exercises 1, 2 Unit 3 VI.
