PROCEDURES: Settlements: - Greeting - Checking attendance: 7A: ; 7B: New lesson: TIME TEACHER’S ACTIVITIES STUDENTS’ ACTIVITIES Vocabulary. - Ask sts to remind all the vocabulary about: * SCHOOL: + names and address + places + How far? * PERSONAL INFORMATION + telephone numbers + making a call + birthday + dates and months * HOME + house and furniture + adjectives about house and furniture. + jobs Tenses: SIMPLE TENSE: * Use: for the present activities, a truth * Structure: S + V (-s/ -es) S + DO/ DOES + NOT + V (inf.) * Example: a. I go to school every day b. She doesn’t get dressed at 6.00 SIMPLE FUTURE * Use: for the future activities, a promise * Structure: S + WILL (NOT) + V(inf) * Example: a. They will help me. b. I won’t stay at home tonight. Exclamations: *. Countable, single nouns WHAT + A/ AN + ADJ + N ! EXAMPLES: a. What a beautiful girl! b. What an intelligent boy! * Countable, plural nouns WHAT + ADJ + N! EXAMPLES: a. What beautiful girls! b. What intelligent boys! * Uncountable nouns WHAT + ADJ + N! EXAMPLE: a. What awful weather! b. What sour milk! Comparison - Tell sts to open the previous lesson to review the structures and the uses Others. Question words: Many/ any/ a lot of - Ask sts to do all the exercises on their exercises books and the references. - Remind the vocabulary - Ask sts to go to the board and list them (maybe use a funny game) - Answer the T’s questions to remind the tenses - Give questions if there is anything difficult to understand. - Give more examples - Remind all - Give the examples - answer the T’s questions - Give questions to the T if possible. - Give some examples - Do exercises - Copy down Conclusion: Sts now have an outline about what they studied from unit 1 to 3 Homework: - Complete all the exercises - Revise all the vocabulary - Prepare for the coming written test.
