*Warm up:
-Ask Ss to look at the picture and answer the questions.
1- Who are they in the picture?
2-Where are they?
3-What do you think they are doing?
-introduce the new lesson.
1- Language presentation.
a) Pre-teach vocab:
- have a medical check up: kiểm tra sức khoẻ, khám sức khoẻ tổng quát.
- medical record :hồ sơ y khoa,hồ sơ bệnh lý.
- follow (v) đi theo sau.
- to take tempareture: đo nhiệt độ,cặp nhiệt độ .
- 37 C: Thirty seven degrees Celsius/Centigrade.
- height /hait / (n) chiều cao.
- measure (n) đo.
-weigh /wei/ (v) cân nặng,cân 
*weight (n) trọng lượng.
-scale /skeilz / (n) cái cân,tỉ lệ.
-get on (v) bước lên
-form (n) mẩu đơn.

2. Presentation dialogue:
a)Read the dialogue:
-Ask Ss to listen to the tape and repeat.
-call Ss read in pairs.
-Correct mistake.
b) grammar:
Model sentence: 
Would you open your mouth,please?
Form: Would you +V +O...+please?
c) Number the sentences.
-Ask Ss to read the dialogue and order the sentences in the dialogue.

b)Hoa returned to the waiting room.

d)The nurse called Hoa’name.
e)The nurse measured Hoa.
f)Hoa filled in her medical record.
