III. Techniques:	eliciting, brainstorming, questioning and answering, matching, role-	playing, Crossword.
IV. Teaching aids:	pictures for presentation and practice, chart for crossword

Activity 1
- Have SS remember the past simple tense: formation and usage.
- Ask SS to look at the pictures and say what they did.

- Have Ss answer the questions.
 a. No, I didn’t. I watched TV.
 b. No, I didn’t. I had dinner in a restaurant.

 e. No, I didn’t. I played soccer yesterday.
- Ask students to practice asking and answering the questions in pairs.
Activity 2
- Have Ss remember the indefinite quantifiers: a little, a lot of/lots of, too much.
- Ask SS write the correct expression under the pictures
 A. a little coffee. B. a lot of tea.
 C. a little sugar. D. a lot of salt 
 E. too much coffee
- Have Ss complete the dialogue in pairs.
 A. + A little or a lot + a little
 B. + a lot of
 C. + too much
 D. + a little 
- Ask students to practice the dialogues in pairs.
Activity 3
- Have SS remember the structures with:
 too and either , so and neither
 + Affirmative: So do I # I do, too
 + Negative: Neither do I# I don’t either
- Ask SS to practice the model
- Let them look at the pictures and practice in pairs
Activity 4
- Explain how to do the exercise.
- Have SS remember the words.
- Elicit some new words: mix, peel, ingredients, vinegar, teaspoonful (of).
- Ask SS to have a look at the pictures and guide them to finish the instructions.
