New lesson Teacher's activities Time Ss' activities I. The Past Simple Tense - Let Ss review the form, use of the past simple tense. * Form: S + V-ed/2 + O S + didn't + V(inf) + O. Indefinite quantifies - Have Ss review the meaning of "a little / a lot of / lots of / too much" using the realia things : a glass and some water. Ex. What is this? - A glass. How much water is there in the glass? - A little water. How much water ? - A lot of water. How much water ? - Too much water. - Let Ss do exercise 2b (page 125 ) by speaking in pairs. - Call some pairs to role play the Ds in front of the class. 3. Too / so / either / neither - Have Ss tell the similiaty and the difference between "too / so/ either / neither" and their usages.
