 A. Aims and objectives
 - Help ss review the knowledge they have learned from unit 9 to unit 12 such as: 	+ The past simple tense
 + too / so / either / neither 
 + Indefinite quantifies.
 + Instructions.
 + How + adj ? = What + N ?
 - By the end of the lesson , the Ss will be ale to review some grammar notes 
 B. Preparation

I. The Past Simple Tense
- Let Ss review the form, use of the past simple tense.
* Form: S + V-ed/2 + O
 S + didn't + V(inf) + O.
 (Wh-q) + did + S + V(inf) ? - Yes, S + did.
 - No, S + didn't.
* Use: It is used to express an action that happened in the past.
* Adv of time: yesterday, last, ago, in +year in the past,....
* Note : + The form of "BE" => was/ were
 + The spelling of -ED+ Remember irregular V
* Play game : N&C

2. Indefinite quantifies
- Have Ss review the meaning of "a little / a lot of / lots of / too much" using the realia things : a glass and some water.
 Ex. What is this? - A glass.
 How much water is there in the glass? - A little water.
 How much water ? - A lot of water.
 How much water ? - Too much water.
- Let Ss do exercise 2b (page 125 ) by speaking in pairs.
- Call some pairs to role play the Ds in front of the class.
3. Too / so / either / neither
- Have Ss tell the similiaty and the difference between "too / so/ either / neither" and their usages.
 Remember: 
 + Too /so: Chỉ dùng cho câu khẳng định.
 + Either/neither: Chỉ dùng cho câu phủ định.
 + Too/either: ®øng cuèi lêi nãi t­¬ng ®ång 
 + So/neither: ®øng ®Çu c©u vµ kÐo theo mét sù ®¶o ng÷.
 + NÕu V ë vÕ tr­íc lµ BE / modal V -> nh¾c lai chóng ë lêi nãi t­¬ng ®ång.
 + NÕu V lµ ordinary V -> Dïng Do / Does / Did ë c©u t­¬ng ®ång .
- Let Ss express their agreements, using the given cues and pictures ( page 126 ).
* Ex - I like mangos . So do I. / I do, too.
 - I don’t like bananas. Neither do I / I don’t, either.
4. The imperatives / Instructions
- Have Ss rewiew the instructions.
 Verb + O . (Slice the beef)
 Don’t Verb + O.(Don’t boil too well)
- Have Ss complete the instructions how to make cucumber salad.
 Key : a. Peel b. Wash c. Slice d. Mix
