I. Organization. (1')
- Greetings + check ss' absence
II. Checking the old lesson (5')
Call 2 ss to ask and answer the questions
? Did Hoa like the city? Why not?

 ? What did she usually do in the evening?
* Key: + No, she doesn't. Because it is noisy and there are many traffics
 + She hates crossing the roads

B. Exercises.
I. Give the correct forms of the words.
1. You (go) out yesterday? 
=> Did go
Yes. I (eat) dinner at a Chinese restaurant
=> ate
2. My father sometimes (go) home late in the evening. => goes
3. I (not be) there tomorrow but I (stay) at home.=> won't .will stay
4. Lan likes (watch) TV better than (play) sports. 
=> watching  playing
5. Be careful! The teacher (look) at you.
 => is looking
6. He nearly had an accident because he drove (care) => carefully
7. (Walk) is fun. => walking
8. Children shouldn’t (drink) coffee.
 => drink
9. Ba is a safe (cycle). => cyclist
II. Rewrite the sentences.
1. Lan is a fast runner. 
 => Lan ( runs fast).
2. I speak English very well. 
=> I am ( a good English speaker)
3. Don’t stay up late 
=>You (should go to bed earlier)
4. I never eat meat . Lan never eats meat. (either) 
=> , Lan does either
5. What was wrong with Ba? (matter)
=> What was the matter with Ba? 
6. How heavy is your brother ? 
=> What (is your height)?
7. My sister likes reading better than watching TV (prefers)
My sister prefers reading to watching TV.
