- To introduce the students about Hoa’s work a day .

- By the end of the lesson the students will be able to talk about their work a day

- To make them aware of the importance of studying hard

To introduce the students about Hoa’s work a day .

To make them aware of the importance of studying hard

a. Vocabulary : typical, period, hour, hard, review, lazy 
b. Structures :	Wh- questions
3.Educational factor:
To make them study harder to have good result

1. Method: Communicative approach.
2. Techniques: pairwork, discussion, questions and answers , using pictures, matching ,

 a. Warm up: Greetings. (Good morning, class./ How are you? )
 b. Checking the absence: Who is absent today?
2.Checking up the previous knowledge.
-Has 2 students read the letter and answer some questions
a-Which American vacation is the longest ?
b-What does Tim do during his vacations ?
+Answer : a-The longest American vacation is in the summer.
 b-He usually spends his time with his family during his vacation

Shows out the four pictures on page 74
Sets the scene “ You are going to listen about the vacations in the USA . Now, Work in groups,look at the pictures , guess and match the vacations with the correct pictures

Calls one to match on the board
+While-listening 
-Plays the tape twice and asks them to listen to it then find out the correct answers
-Calls some to give their answers 
-Lets them listen to again then correct their answers

Points to one by one asks them to answer the question : What vacation is it in this picture ?
Comments and makes any necessary corrections
