I- PRE- LISTENING (12’) - Elicits the words first and says out the words. - Writes and checks. - Uses the questions: What is this?/ what is she doing? - Writes the phrases on the board and asks Ss to match them with the pictures. - Gets feedback and checks the meaning II- WHILE – LISTENING (16’) - Plays the tape twice. - Asks Ss to share their results in groups. - Plays the tape again - Gets feedback. - Plays the tape once more and checks the understanding. Example: S1: What time does Nam get up? S2: He gets up at 6.30 .. - have Ss work in pairs, ask about Nam, then about themselves. - narrate their activities. III- POST –LISTENING (4’) - Asks Ss to use their information to complete their diary. - Invites the narrators 1.
