1. The aims:

 a. Kiến thức:

 - Học sinh làm quen với chủ đề sức khoẻ qua các cấu trúc từ, cụm từ mới như:

Check-up, medical records, take one’s temprature, measure, scales, .Cùng cấu trúc câu yêu cầu lịch sự với: “Would you + V + .?”

 - Vocabulary :

- Medical check – up - To measure

- Medical record - To weigh

- Height - Weight

- Temperature - To take one’s temperature

- Scales - Normal

 - Grammar :

 - The structure : Would you + V .?

 - Review the simple present tense

1. The aims:
 a. Kiến thức:
	- Học sinh làm quen với chủ đề sức khoẻ qua các cấu trúc từ, cụm từ mới như:
Check-up, medical records, take one’s temprature, measure, scales,..Cùng cấu trúc câu yêu cầu lịch sự với: “Would you + V +.?”
 - Vocabulary :
Medical check – up - To measure 
Medical record - To weigh 
Height - Weight 
Temperature - To take one’s temperature 
Scales - Normal 
 - Grammar :
 - The structure : Would you + V .?
 - Review the simple present tense 
 b. Kĩ năng:
	- Học sinh luyện tập đoạn hội thoại theo cặp, biết cách sắp xếp theo thứ tự các sự việc xảy ra trong đoạn hội thoại. 
 c. Thái độ:
	- Học sinh có thái độ nghiêm túc, hăng hái xây dựng bài học.
2. Preparation:
 a. Teacher: Student’s book/Teacher’s book/Plan of action/Picture. 
	 b. Students: Student’s book / Prepare new lesson/Learn old lesson.
 3. Procedures:
	a. Checking the old lesson: (5’)
 - Ss make a conversation
	A: 8 844 729.
	B: Can I speak to An please? This is Linh.
	A: Hello Linh.
	B: I’m going to see circus. Would you like to go?
	A: Of course. Where’s it on?
	B: At Hoa Binh circus.
	A: OK. Let’s meet at 6.30 outside the circus.
	B: That’s fine, bye.
 b. New lesson:(35’)

- T asks Ss to look at the picture and guess: Where are they ?
What are they doing ?
- T introduces the situation of the lesson, then explain some new words to Ss.
- T asks Ss to read new words in chorus and individually.
- T guides Ss to play game.
- T asks Ss to guess the content of the dialogue and order the sentences.
- T calls on some Ss to give their predictions in front of the class.
- T asks Ss to look at the books and listen to the tape then check their order.
- T asks them to read the dialogue again and give the answers.
- T corrects and gives the correct answers:
Ask Ss to write the correct answer in the notebooks. 
- T asks Ss to work in pairs reading the dialogue.
- T calls on some pairs to practice reading in front of the class.
- T corrects their pronunciation.
- T guides Ss to play a game:

- T summarizes knowledges in period:

to make the sentences by playing a game: “Noughts and crosses”.
 - Ss Play a game: “Noughts and crosses” make sentences with the cues.
 d. Home work: (2’)
T demands sts to: + Learn by heart new words.
 + Do exercises in workbook.
 + Write the poster: what should we do and shouldn’t do if we have healthy teeth ?
 + Prepare unit 11 – A2-3.
