- Hang picture of part A1 and ask:
+ How many kinds of food do you know in English in the picture? (Chicken, meat...)
- Teacher introduces: yesterday, Hoa and her aunt went to the market. Can you guess what they bought?
- Call some pupils to say his / her guessing. Teacher writes them on a corner of the board to compare with content of the lesson.
- Teacher goes on introducing: you are going to read to the conversation between Hoa and her aunt in the market. After reading you will know what they bought.

1. Too and So
a) With "Tobe"

 Neither + S2 + do / does.
- Dùng để diễn đạt sự đồng tình hay 2 sự việc giống nhau.
- Too và So dùng ở câu khẳng định.
- Either và Neither dùng ở câu phủ định.
- So và Neither đứng ở đầu câu.
- Too và Either đứng ở cuối câu.
* Với Neither không bao giờ được sử dụng với not.

- Get pupils to guess what Hoa and her aunt had for dinner.

- You are going to listen to the tape about Lan, Ba, Nga and Hoa. You hear and tell what they ate and drank among the food and drinks mentioned above by writing the letters a, b, c... next to each person corresponding with the food and drinks they used.
3. Practice: 
- Let pupils listen once first.
- Get them listen again twice or three times and write the answers.
- Get them to compare the answer with each other.
- Hang picture on the board and one or two pupils to go to the board and write the answer, others speak.
- Teacher plays the tape again once to check.
