Warm- up : (7’)
- Asks Ss to tell the furnitures in their house
- Asks Ss some questions
How many rooms are there in your house?
What’s in your room?
Is there a television in your living room?
- Tell the furniture in their house: television , chairs , picture , stove , table
- Answer T’questions
Pre-listening: (13’)
- Introduces new words
I. New words:
+ a bathroom	: phòng tắm
+ a kitchen	: nhà bếp
+ a sink	: bồn rửa
+ a washing machine	: máy giặt

- Gets Ss listen the tape twice or three times

Activity 2: (10’)
- Asks Ss to read the conversation again
- Read again the conversation and answer the questions

b. Because it is bright and it has nice colors: pink and white
c. A sink, a tub, amd a shower
d. A washing machine, a dryer, a refrigerator, a dish washer, and an electric stove

I live in a small village. not far from Hanoi. My house.. is not very big but it is quite quiet. It’s an old farmhouse. There is a large garden with a lot of beautiful plants and colorful flowers. There are six rooms in the house – a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen , and a bathroom. There’s a wonderful view fom my bedroom. I really like the house and the village is nice, too. It’s very clean and my neiborhood. are very friendly.
