T: hangs on a picture of a house and gives some questions for Ss to brainstorm.
T:
+ Is this a house?
+ How many rooms are there?
+ What are they?
 II- PRESENTATION
T: uses the picture A1 to elicit some new words:
T: checks the words:
Ex: + T: There is a refrigerator
 + S: in the bathroom
 III- PRACTICE
T: introduces the dialogue between Hoa and Lan: These are Hoa and Lan. They are talking about Hoa’s house. Let’s listen to them.
T: plays the tape and asks Ss to listen and repeat.
T: asks Ss to find out the exclamation sentences in the dialogue.
T: asks Ss to read the exclamation sentences chorally.
T: asks Ss to read the dialogue again and answer the questions in “Now answer”
IV- Production:
* Game: Chain game
Ex: Teacher: the kitchen
Ss: look at the picture and answer the questions:
-> Yes, it is.
-> There are 4.
-> They are a bedroom, a living- room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
1. Vocabulary
+ electric stove (n): bếp điện
+ refrigerator (n): tủ lạnh
+ sink (n): bồn rửa
+ washing machine(n): máy giặt 
+ dryer (n): máy sấy
+ dishwasher (n): máy rửa chén
+ shower (n): vòi sen
+ tub (n): bồn tắm
Ss: look at the picture, listen to the teacher and give the names of those things in English.

Ss: listen to the teacher’s introduction.
Ss: listen and repeat.
Ss: find the sentences:

Ss: read and answer.
