1/ Warm up / Check up : (5’)
- Have Sts write things in a house. ( individual, pair work, group work - compare to make a bigger list)
+ Some write what they know on the board.
2/ Presentation : (15’)
- Hand out the picture to present the situation & ask : How many rooms.? Is there a living room / bedroom ? What is in this room ?
- Play the tape.
+ Listen & repeat after the tape.
- Present the new words.
- Have Sts to repeat & read.
3 Practice : (20’)
+ Listen to the tape & repeat.
- Highlight the exclamative sentence and its intonation.
+ Practice the dialogue in pairs.
+ Some pairs perform before the class.
- Give the questions.
+ Ask - answer. (in pairs)
- Have some volunteers write them on the board.
- Correct and mention the difference between : favorite = favorite / colour = color.
- Have Sts copy.
