Greetings 2. Warm up: - Ask students some questions about the time. - Has Ss play a game: NETWORDS G1 G2 subject subject 3. New lesson: METHOD CONTENT T pastes pictures on the board, showing at 1st & 2nd picture. Lead Ss to practice. What is Lan studying? Lan is studying Physics. What is Binh studying? Binh is studying geography. What time does Lan have her physics class? She has her physics class at 8:30 What time does Binh have geography? He has geography at 10:10 T introduces the grammar point T asks Ss to practice with the parters following the model with the rest of the pictures. T observes the whole class. T lets some pairs of students practice in front of the class. T remarks and corrects the mistakes if necessary. * Presentation: T asks some questions: - What time do you have Math? - What’s your favorite subject? T introduces the dialogue and gives some guilding qeustions: - What time does Thu have English? - Does Thu like history? Why? - How about Hoa? T lets Ss listen to the dialogue the first time. T has them listen again, then repeat after the tape. T asks Ss to answer the questions T guides Ss to find out the usage of Preposition of time * Practice T lets Ss pratice in pairs, the change of role. T has some pairs of students role play the dialogue before the class. T asks Ss to check the answers of the guilding questions. T asks students to write their schedule in the exercise notebook.
