 I. Aims and Objectives:

To introduce Ss some information about the largest library in the world.
 Language function:
To widen their knowledge about the world.
 Educational aim:
To educate them the love of reading books
 II. Language:
 1. Vocabulary: receive, employee, contain . . .
 2. Structure: + Wh-questions.
 3. Skills: Integrated skills. 
 III. Teacher and students’ preparation:
 1. Method: Communicative approach
 2. Techniques: Repetition, Ask and answer, using picture.
 3. Materials needed: Textbook, picture, and cassette.
 4. Students’ preparation: Homework, new lesson, teaching aids.
 IV. Procedure in class:
 1. Stabilization: (3ms)
 a. Warm – up: Makes greetings (Good morning, class. / How are you? )
 b. Checking absence: Asks the monitor
 2. Checking – up previous knowledge: (5ms)
-Has two students read the dialogue and answer some questions or write vocabulary.
 3. Presentation of the new material:

Lead - in:
conducts the game
Divides the Ss into 2 groups.
Each group will choose the number of cross word. If they guess right word, they’ll get 10 marks. They will get 40 marks if they guess right the down word. Which group have more marks, that mean they win the game.
Sets the scene of the new lesson.
2.Pre - practice:
-Teaches them some vocabulary
*Checks vocabulary: rub out and remember
-Gives them a guiding question:
+What is the picture about?
3.Controlled - Practice:
-Reads the passage on page 49
-Has them to read silently
-Has them answer the guiding questions.
-Hangs on the sub board with the questions
-Asks them to read the passage again to answer the questions
