II. CHECKING UP THE OLD LESSON:
- T calls ss to go to the bb and write the use and the form of the present progressive.
III. NEW LESSON:
- Teacher introduces the lesson.
* Pre- Teach:
- junior high school: Example
- Senior high school: Example
- (to) score a goal: Ghi bàn thắng Example
- (to) swap: Trao đổi Situation
- (to) relax: Nghỉ ngơi, thư giãn Situation
- (to) take part in: Tham gia vào Situation
* Checking vocab: What and where
1. Pre- Reading:
- T sets the scene to introduce the lesson by asking ss to look at the picture in the books.
- Then asks ss to read the question and predict the answer.
 What do Ss in American school do at recess?
2. While- reading: 
- Ss read the text and check their prediction.
- Ss report back to T. * Matching:

S2: I usually skip rope. I sometimes read or talk to my friends.
- Then ss report back to T.
3. Post- Reading: Discussion.
- Ss answer the question: What is the most popular recess activities in your school.
IV. CONSOLIDATION:
- Ss say again the content of the text.

V. HOMEWORK:
- Ss revise the content of the reading text. Learn by heart vocab in this lesson.
- Do exercise and prepare for the new lesson.
