1. The aims: 
a. Kiến thức:
 - Học sinh làm quen với cấu trúc ngôn ngữ để hỏi thông tin ở dịch vụ bưu điện qua các cấu trúc câu hỏi và trả lời về giá cả. Cách yêu cầu một cách lịch sự: Would like + V

	- Học sinh tiếp tục nâng cao kĩ năng nghe và luyện tập đoạn hội thoại diễn ra ở bưu điện. Đồng htời học sinh biết xây dựng đoạn hội thoại dựa trên đoạn hội thoại có sẵn. 
c. Thái độ:
	- Học sinh có thái độ nghiêm túc, hăng hái xây dựng bài học.

- T asks Ss to look at the picture and introduces some services at the post office such as: sending letters, sending and receiving parcels, money, buying envelopes, stamps .then explain some new words and structues:
- T guides Ss to play game: Slap the board
- T asks Ss to make sentences, using the structures.
- T introduces the situation of the conversation then asks Ss to do exercise.
- T asks Ss to work in groups.
- T calls on some groups to give their predictions.
- Ask Ss to look at the book and listen to the tape then check the predictions.
- T calls on some Ss to give the answers.
- T corrects and gives the correct answers:
- T asks Ss to read the dialogue in pairs.
- T calls on some pairs to read the dialogue in front of the class.
- T corrects the pronunciation.
- T asks Ss to look at the dialogue again to find out the answers for the questions in the book.
- T asks Ss to play a game: lucky numbers 
- T remarks and asks Ss to write the answers in the notebooks.
