 A cassette, a tape, sub-board, pictures. 
 V. Procedures: 
Greetings.
Warm up:
 T revises the lesson: 2 Ss are asked to check structure and practice the dialogue A4 again.
New lesson:
METHOD
CONTENT
T lets Ss look at the pictures and ask them about the services people can have there.
T introduces: “You will hear a conversation the dialogue between Liz and Clerk. Liz wants to send the letter to her friend in USA.
T asks Ss to listen the first time and guess the Vietnamese meaning of the dialogue.
T elicits and explains new vocabulary and structures.
T asks Ss to listen and repeat the dialogue. 
T lets Ss practice the dialogue in pairs, change the roles.
T calls some pairs to read the dialogue aloud.
T tells Ss to ask and answer the questions in pairs.
T calls some pairs to practice before the class and others to write the answers on the board.
T remarks and corrects the mistakes if necessary.
Now answer the questions.
a. Where will Liz mail her letter?
b. How much does Liz pay altogether?
c. How much change does she receive?
About you.
d. Where is your nearest post office?
e. How do you get there from your home?
B1: Listen and repeat. Then pratice with a partner.
