1. The aims:

a. Kiến thức:

 - Học sinh tiếp tục luyện thì quá khứ đơn giản, học các động từ: talk, rent, move,. .ở thì quá khứ đơn thông qua bài đọc hiểu dưới dạng bức thư.

 - Vocabulary :

 - To keep in touch - To teach => taught

 - To rent => rented - To improve => improved

 - To move => moved

 - Grammar :

 The past simple tense .

b. Kĩ năng:

 - Học sinh luyện kĩ năng đọc hiểu, sửa, lấy thông tin đúng dựa vào nội dung bài đọc hiểu.

c. Thái độ:

 - Học sinh có thái độ nghiêm túc, biết vận dụng những kiến thức học được vào thực tế và thêm yêu thích môn học.

- T asks Ss to exchange the results with the partner .
- T calls on some Ss to go to the board and write the true
sentences.

- asks Ss to look at the pictures in the book and say about these activities . 
- T asks them to look at the book and listen to the tape .
