Presentation: B1. S + am/ is / are ( not ) + V.ing. Am/ Is/ Are + S + V.ing ? *. Practice: Picture Cue Drill: - Ss look at the pictures B1/ P.56 then work in pairs to ask and answer. Ex: S1 : What is the boy doing? S2 : He is reading. Write - it - up: (individual) The boys are talking to each other. The girls are drinking and eating. B2. Listening - T asks some Ss to make actions( play catch, marbles, blind man’s buff, skip rope) - T asks: What are they doing? What is he/ she doing? - Ss answer. - T displays the flipchart. Mai playing catch Kien playing marbles. Lan skipping rope. Ba playing blindman’s buff. - T asks Ss to listen to the tape about Mai, Lan, Ba, Kien to know what they are doing at recess. Match the names with the activities. - T asks Ss to compare with their partners then write the complete sentences in their notebooks. 4. Consolidation: - Ss ask and answer the question: What do you do at the recess?
