III.New lesson: (30’) Content Method 1.Warm up: Where are they? Who are they? What does the tourist want? 2.Presentation: I. Activity 1: Names the places: a.National Bank of Viet Nam. b.Saint Paul Hospital. c.Hotel. d.The Central Post Office. e.Ha Noi Railway Station. f.Dong Xuan market. II. Activity 2: Listen and repeat: New words: - Tourist (n): khách du lịch - Souvenir (n): vật lưu niệm - Souvenir shop (n): quầy bán đồ lưu niệm - Go straight ahead : đi thẳng - Take the . . . street: rẽ ở đường - Opposite (prep): đối diện - In front of (prep): phía trước - Go along (v): đi dọc theo - Go to the end (v): đi đến cuối đường - Cross the street : băng qua đường III. Activity 3: * Make similar dialogues. Teacher introduces the new lesson by asking some questions. Students look at the pictures and give the names of the pictures. Students write the names of the pictures on the board. Teacher corrects the names of the pictures. Teacher helps students put some words. Students give the meaning words. Teacher reads model. Students repeat. Students work in pairs. Students practice in front of class. Students make similar dialogues. IV.Consolidation: 5’ Make the same dialogues.
