GRAMMAR 1 
Unit1. THE PRESENT SIMPLE,THE PRESENT PROGRESSIVE AND THE FUTURE TENSES.
I/ THE PRESENT SIMPLE
	We use the present simple to talk about habits, routines, to make general statements of fact, or express opinions. Adverbs of frequency such as always, usually,... never are often used with the present simple tense.
EX; We go to school 6 days a week.
 She lives in Dien Bien Phu City.
 Hoa learns at Quang Trung School in Ha Noi.
* Remember to add "s" or "es" to the end of the verbs after the subjects he, she and it.
* We use do/ does to make negative and interrogative sentences (expect the sentences with the verb BE).
EX: 
We don't go to school on Sundays.
She doesn't play sports every day.
Do you do housework after school?
Does he like playing soccer?
What does your mother do?
Is she a new student?
...
* Adverbs of time or phrase adverbs we often use with the present simple.

II/ THE PRESENT PROGRESSIVE TENSE.
* USE: We use the present progressive to describe an action/ activity that is in progress (happening) at the moment of speaking.
To form the present progressive we use a form of the verb BE (depending on the subject of the sentence) before the - ING form of the main verb:
* FORM: 
AFFIRMATIVE
S + To be (am/ is/ are) + Ving + O
NEGATIVE
S + To be( am/ is/ are) + not +Ving + O
INTERROGATIVE
To be + S +Ving + O?
EX: They are studying at the library now.
 She is doing her homework.
 I am playing the piano.
* ADVERBS. Now/ at the moment/ at the present/ at this time/ at 2p.m today....
* NOTE.
We can use always with the present progressive to mean ' very often', usually with the added meaning of 'too often'
EX: I am always forgetting things.
 She is always playing computer games.
III/ The future tense with Will/ Shall.
* USE: We can use the future tense with Will/ Shall to express an action will happen in the future.
'SHALL' use with the subjects "I and We" but 'WILL' can use with all subjects "I, you, we, they, he, she and it"
* FORM: 
. AFFIRMATIVE
 S + Will/ Shall + O
 NEGATIVE
	 S + Will/ Shall + not + O (won't/ shan't)
 INTERROGATIVE
	 Will/ Shall + S + O?
EX: I will/ shall visit my sister next month.
 She will come back tomorrow.
 We will not/ shall not go out tonight.
*Adverbs of time usually use with the future tense " tomorrow, next month, next week, next year, to night..."
* NOTE:
- We often use 'will' in these situations.
+ Offering to do something.
Ex; That bag looks heavy. I'll help you with it.
+ Agreeing to do something.
Ex; A: Will you open the door please?
 B: Of course. I'll do it now.
+ Promising to do something.
Ex; Thanks for lending me the book. I'll pay you back on Sunday.
+ Asking somebody to do something.
Ex; Will you go out with me?
