III.New lesson:: Teacher's activities 1. The numbers T asks Ss to write and read the numbers from 0 to 100; _Activity 1: Chain games T invites all Ss to read the numbers from 0 to 10 one by one: For example: S1 reads 0, S2 reads 1 ect. Activity 2: group play: T divides the class into two group then write on the board the numbers from 11 to 100; 2 Alphabets. -T invites some Ss to sing the alphabets song. - T also invites some ones to read the alphabets loudly. - T write the alphabet on the board and all class read in chorus. 3. Places: Activity 3: Brainstorm Find out the familiar places around your neighbord? T calls Ss to read and write on the board. T and Ss correct and comment. 4. Parts of the body: Activity 4: Picture drawing: T draws the picture of the body on the board the Ss fill the simple parts of the body. 5. Weather and seasons. T asks the questions: What is the weather like today? What is the weather in the pictures? T requires Ss write four seasons in a year. Ss' activities _Ss write the numbers from 0 to 100 _Ss play the game _ Ss play the game in two group, in each team Ss write on the board. The all class write the numbers on their notebooks. _Ss sing the alphabets song, some ones read in the class. _Ss find out the places they have learned in the grade 6: Expected answer: Garden, yard, factory, hospital, hotel, market, supermarket, restaurant, clinic, bank, post office, police station, river, mountain, lake, park, zoo, store, stadium, museum, movie theathear, school, ect. Ss write these places on their notebooks. Ss fill the picture. Ss may answer: It is warm/ cool/ hot/ rainy/ cold. Ss look at the pictures answer. - Spring, summer, fall, winter. IV. Consolidation T asks Ss to remember the vocabularies they have learned in grade 6. _T asks Ss some qs and asks Ss to answer. V. Homework _At home: + Rewrite the number, alphabet, places. +Learn the old knowledge again and prepare the new lesson ( Unit 1 A1,4).
