Activity 1: A2 – Listen. Then write the missing words. 
T: ask Ss to read the dialogue and guess the missing words
Ss: read and guess the missing words.
T: play the tape twice.

T: play the tape again to check and give correct answers

C. PROCEDURE: 
1. Warm up: 
T: call some ss to read the dialogue by heart and give some questions about it.
Ss: listen and raise the hand to do 
2. Presentation:

Activity 1: B2 – Take a survey. 
T: explain the task they have to do.
Ss: listen carefully.
T: explain some new words.
Ss: listen and note down.
T: ask Ss to look at the guiding questions in the book.
Ss; look at the example questions
T: make an example dialogue with a student. Then ask Ss to make dialogues in group about their health state.
Ss: work in group freely.
T: call the representative of each group to present their survey before the class.
Ss: raise the hand to do.
T: afterwards, ask Ss the question “What was the most common illness?”
Ss: give their answer.
* Draw the table and ask three friends to check the table.

Example :

Activity 2: B3 – Listen and then complete the table.

Ss: do as the request.
T: explain the task of listening and new words. And have Ss guess the number of days.
Ss: try to guess.
T: play the tape twice.
Ss: listen and fill in the table.
T: call some Ss to give their result of listening. Then play the tape again in order for Ss to check.
Ss: listen and check them.
T: play the tape for the last time to give correct answer.
Ss: note down the key.
