A1) Listen. Then practice with a partner:
I. Lead- in:
- presents the new lesson.
- points to the picture and says : “ These Ss go to school after the summer holidays and they are greeting together. What do you say?”
- tells the aim of the lesson to the Ss : “ That’s right. Today we’ll study some expressions relating to greeting and practise asking and answering the questions”
II. Pre- practice:
- teaches vocabulary
