Ss: two read the letter from mom again.
2. Presentation
T: ask some questions basing on the letter from mom in part A.1.
Ss: answer the questions.
Ss: read the letter from Hoa once.
T: help the students understand some new words and explain them on the board.
T: suggest something and ask students to complete the letter.
T: divide the class into groups and give each group one piece of paper with the letter in part A.4 in it. 
 3. Practice
Ss: work in group of four or five to complete the letter by filling in the blanks with missing words.
Ss: all groups give the completed letter in and some students read it loudly.
Ss: correct the mistakes of their friends basing on the teacher’s answers.
 4. Comprehension check
Ss: some read the completed letter again after it is corrected.
