1.Warm up :
+ play the game “Word square” in two
groups.
2.Presentation:
- show the picture, introduce the situation.
- play the tape
+ listen and guess 3 things Hoa wants from the post office .
 - introduce some vocabularies 
 - read
 + repeat then write

3.Practice: 
- play the tape
+ listen and read
+ play the role Nga and Hoa before class
+ work in pairs, answer the questions
+ ask and answer the questions before class
-explain the task of the exercise 
+ read the words in the box aloud
 + Complete the dialogue with the suitable words in pairs
+ give the answers in front of the class .

+ Call on 2 pairs to read the completed dialogue aloud .
4.Production:
+ make up similar dialogues , using the words in the box in pairs
