*Warm up: chatting.
-Ask Ss some questions.
1- Pre-reading:
a) Pre-teach vocab:
- owner (n) người chủ.
- to own (v) = to have (v) có, sở hữu
- to gather (n) tụ tập.
- inside > < bên ngoài.
- to change (v) thay đổi.
- program (n) chương trình.
*Check vocab: Rub out and remember.
b) True /False prediction.
- Ask Ss to close their books and predict the informations in the text.
1. Thirty years ago in Viet Nam, very few people had TV sets.
2. These TV owners were very popular.
3. All morning, people watched the black and while programs.
4. Nowadays,many families don’t have a TV sets.
5. Now, people spend much time together.
