1. The aims:

 a. Kiến thức:

- Học sinh tiếp tục học chủ đề về T.V. Qua bài đọc hiểu, HS nắm được quá trình phát triển của máy thu hình ở Việt Nam. Đồng thời HS hiểu thêm được nét văn hoá trong đời sống tinh thần của người việt Nam.

 + Vocabulary:

 + Grammar:

 - Review the simple present tense and past simple tense.

1. The aims:
 a. Kiến thức:
- Học sinh tiếp tục học chủ đề về T.V. Qua bài đọc hiểu, HS nắm được quá trình phát triển của máy thu hình ở Việt Nam. Đồng thời HS hiểu thêm được nét văn hoá trong đời sống tinh thần của người việt Nam.
 + Vocabulary:
 - Owner - To change 
 - To gather - Might 
 + Grammar:
 - Review the simple present tense and past simple tense.
 b. Kĩ năng:
	- Học sinh nâng cao kĩ năng đọc hiểu qua dạng bài đọc hiểu dưới dạng hoàn thành tóm tắt nội dung bài khoá.
 c. Thái độ:
	- Học sinh có thái độ nghiêm túc, hăng hái xây dựng bài học.
2. Preparation:
 a. Teacher: Textbook, pictures, sub- board,... 
	 b. Students: Student’s book / Prepare new lesson/Learn old lesson.
3. Procedures:
	a. Checking the old lesson:(5’) 
- T guides Ss to play a game: Hangman 3 words: 
 Watch – television – living room 
 - T asks Ss to guess the words and all class take part in the game.
 - T remarks and leads in new lesson.
 b. New lesson:

- T introduces the situation of the lesson, then explain some new words to Ss.
- T asks Ss to read new words in chorus and individually.

- T asks Ss to do exercise in groups.
- T calls on some groups to give their predictions.
