- Ask Ss some questions about telephone. 
Ss: Listen and try to answer.
 III. New lesson
* Presentation:
- T: Elicits the vocabularies, model them.
Ss: Listen and repeat in chorus and in group.
T: write them on the board and give meaning.
Ss; copy down.
+ Check vocab: Rubout and remember.
T: Draw two students on the board and ask ss some questions:
Ss: Listen and answer.

- Ask ss to practice the dialogue in pairs.
- Call some pairs to present the dialogue.
* Practice:
- Have ss run through the questions (one by one)
- Ask ss to work in pairs to answer the questions.

“ Lan is going to have a birthday party. She is making plans for her birthday.”

 III. New lesson:
 * Presentation:
T: ask some questions.

 T: elicit new words.
 Model them.
Ss: listen and repeat in chorus and in groups.
T: write them on the BB.
 Ss: Give meaning.
 Copy down.
T: From warming up teacher introduces the new lesson and guide ss to read numbers.
- Note the ways to read some special numbers
Ss: Listen and copy down and practice reading .
T: Hang on the calendar on the board and guide the requested first. Then read the transcription once.
Ss: Listen carefully.
T: Hang the poster on the board and ask Ss to do matching.
 * Practice:
T: Read aloud 2 times again and have ss to write the dates first , then write on the board.
Ss: Listen and try to write.
T: Look and read again , then correct mistakes.
T: First give ss a poster about 12 months in a year , then ask ss to write the months in order from first to twelfth.
Ss: Look and try to do .
T: Correct and order them again and have ss read aloud .
