Objectives :	After finishing the lesson students( Sts) will be able to know how to ask and answer about personal information on age, name, address. At the same time they can review the Wh Questions.

1/Warm up / Check up : (5’)
 2 Sts do the exercise in workbook. 
 T: Corrects & give marks.
 What’s your name ? How are you today ? 
 How old are you ? Where do you live ?
2/Presentation : (3’)
 Use the picture to represent the situation. ( using the WH Qs : Who / What / Where are they (doing) ?)
Sts : + Guess the answers.
 + Listen to the tape & repeat.
 Give new words. Have them read.
Guide them to answer the qs above.
3/Practice : (10’)
Sts : + Practice in pairs ( role play)
 Give the questions.
+ Ask & answer.
+ Some pairs present in front of the class.
 Correct.
+ Copy.
a/Pre - Writing : (5’)
 Hand out a card.
 Present the situation of the dialogue. And ask : “Which words do you use to fill in the blanks ?”
+ Who / what / where / how ....
b/While - writing : (15’)
+ Fill in the blanks by themselves. Compare the answers with partners.
+ Some pairs perform.
 Correct ( using flashcards)
+ Practice the dialogue in pairs.
c/Post - writing : (5’)
 Let Sts practice asking & answering about their own personal information B3 
 - If you want to ask one of your friend’s name to cmplete the form how will you ask ?

+ Which school do you go to ?
+ Where do you live ? = Where is your address?
- Call some pairs to practice before class.
