By the end of the lesson students will be able to listen and write the missing words, to read and fill in medical record.

Teacher’s and students’ activities 
Teacher calls a student
Teacher asks 3 questions, students answer
Teacher gives students marks.
Teacher uses the a picture , points to Hoa and asks questions
Teacher points to a nurse and asks 
 Teacher says “ Hoa and the doctor are at the doctor’s office. The doctor wants to ask Hoa some questions before she starts a check up.”
Teacher asks students to read and predict the dial 
Students compare their prediction with a partner
Several students write their prediction on the blackboard
Then teacher plays the tape twice
Students listen and fill in the blanks.
Students compare their answers with a partner.
