1. The aims:

 a. Kiến thức:

 - Học sinh tiếp tục luyện tập chủ đề sức khoẻ qua bài tập nghe hoàn thành đoạn hội thoại, đồng thời luyện tập theo cặp hoàn thành phiếu khám sức khoẻ.

 - Vocabulary:

 + Review the vocabulary about health.

 + Male - Female

 - Grammar:

 + The simple present tense.

 + Structure : How + adj + to be + S ?

 What + to be + N ?

 b. Kĩ năng:

 - Học sinh lnắm vững kĩ năng nghe, điền thông tin vào đoạn hội thoạivà thành thạo kĩ năng hoàn thành theo cặp, hiểu và biết cách điền thông tin vào phiếu khám sức khoẻ bằng tiếng Anh.

 c. Thái độ:

 - Học sinh có thái độ nghiêm túc, hăng hái xây dựng bài học.

 a. Kiến thức:

 - Vocabulary:

 b. Kĩ năng:

Doctor: Oh. How tall are you ?
Hoa: One meter 45 centimeters.
Doctor: I will ask the nurse to check your height again . How heavy are you ?
Hoa: I think I’m 42 kilograms.
Doctor: No. It says on your form that you’re 40 kilograms.
