c. PROCEDURE: 
1. Warm up: 
T: greeting and call some ss to write new words involved in Math
Ss: raise the hand to do 
2. presentation:

Activity 1: Reading comprehension.
 T: give some questions to lead into the passage 
Ss: listen and think to answer
T: introduce the task that ss have to do 
Ss: listen carefully 
T: give guiding questions 
Ss: scan the passage to answer the guiding questions given 
T: call ss to answer
Ss: raise the hand to answer
T: ask ss to look at Now discuss with a partner and explain the task

* Now you will read a passage about the subjects at school. Read and answer the following questions :

* Now discuss with a partner: We have four names of subjects in accordance with relevant words about each subject. You will find one irrelevant and odd it out.

Skill: listening and reading comprehension.
 b. Teaching aid: book, chalk, tape and pictures. 
c. PROCEDURE: 
1. Warm up: 
T: greeting and call some ss to write some new words mentioned in some names of subjects learnt in the last lesson. Answer “What do you learn in  ?”
Ss: raise the hand to do

Activity 1: B1 – Listen and read
T: ask ss to look at pictures and give some questions about them

Knowledge: By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to have chance to learn about the activities of American students from which they can compare with he activities in Viet Nam. Learn some new words such as : CD player, basketball 
Skill : reading comprehension, choosing the correct answer
 b. Teaching aid: book, picture, tape and chalk.
c. PROCEDURE: 
1. Warm up: 
T: greet and call some ss to write some names of activities they know on the board. And one student goes to the board to answer the following questions 
+ What do you usually do at recess?
+ What do you like and dislike?
Ss: raise the hand to do 
2. presentation:

Activity 1: B3 - Read and then answer
 T: ask them some questions to lead into the content of the passage
