1. The aims:
 a. Kiến thức:
	- Học sinh tiếp tục luyện tập chủ đề sức khoẻ, làm quen với các cấu trúc, từ để hỏi và trả lời về tình trạng sức khoẻ như
 - Vocabulary:
 + Bad cold + Sick note 
 + Headache +Virus

 - Grammar:
+ The simple past tense: question forms and negative forms.
+ Structures: What is/ was wrong with SB ?
 + I have/ had a headache.

 b. Kĩ năng:
	- Học sinh luyện kĩ năng luyện tập theo cặp, đồng thời luyện kĩ năng hỏi và điền phiếu điều tra theo chủ đề.
 c. Thái độ:
	- Học sinh có thái độ nghiêm túc, hăng hái xây dựng bài học.

* Practice:
+ Look at balloon 1: 
Lan was not there. She was absent. What do you think Mr. Tan is asking Lan ? 
What was wrong with her ? 
 ( look at balloon 2 ) 
Read the dialogue in silent to find out the answers.
Lan didn’t go to school yesterday because she had a bad cold.
She had a headache.
Mr. Tan tells Lan to stay inside at recess.
The doctor said that Lan had a virus.
The doctor wrote Lan’s sick note.
Ask Ss to copy down.
* Production:
Some cues:
