The meals are very imporant for our health, but we should know how to eat sensibly. 
- introduces the new lesson.

- elicits the words first and says out the words.

- asks Ss to predict it in groups.

b. Act.2: Write the menu to prepare food for the next camping (Part 3- P. 121)
- asks Ss to work in groups, look at the picture and give foods in each group: Body-building, Energy-giving, Protective
- writes them on the board.
- asks them to work in 3 groups to write a menu for the forthcoming camping.
