PROCEDURE: T'S ACTIVITES TIME SS' ACTIVITES I. ORGANIZATION: - T greeting to ss. - Then asks them some qs. How are you today? What the weather like today? II. CHECKING UP THE OLD LESSON:( NO) III. NEW LESSON: *. Presentation: Pre- qs: - T sets the scene to introduce the dialogue. - Then use the qs a,b,c,d,e on p73, asks ss to predict about Hoa. - Ss predict about Hoa then read the dialogue to check their prediction. - Then ss call out the model sentences by answering the qs. Model sentences: - My classes start earlier than Hoa's classes. I work fewer hours than Hoa. - T calls out the use and the form of the comparatives with fewer and more. 2. Practice: Word cues drill. _ T shows the cues and runs through them. - Models first, asks ss to repeat in chorus and individually. - Ss practice saying the cues. S1: Hoa's classes start later than our classes. S2: Our classes start earlier than Hoa's classes. 1. Hoa's classes/ 7.00 2. The film/ 8.45 Our classes/ 6.45 The play/ 10.00 Start Finish 3.
